Our Process
A Predictable Path from Inquiry to Delivery
Every project follows the same transparent sequence, so you always know where things stand, what happens next, and what is expected from each side.
-
Initial Inquiry
You reach out through the quote form, contact form, or email and tell us about your business, your current website (if any), and the service you are interested in. This step is free and carries no obligation.
-
Project Review
We review your goals, requirements, timeline expectations, and available materials. If anything is unclear, we ask before quoting — an accurate scope protects both sides.
-
Scope and Proposal
You receive a written proposal: the deliverables, the price, the delivery schedule, and what is and is not included. Nothing starts until you approve it.
-
Payment or Deposit
Predefined services are paid through a secure, independently hosted checkout. Custom projects are invoiced per the proposal — either in full or with an agreed deposit. Work is scheduled once payment is confirmed.
-
Content Collection
You provide the materials the project needs — text, images, logo, brand details, and any required access — through a simple intake form. We flag anything missing early so it does not stall the timeline.
-
Design or Service Execution
We carry out the agreed work: designing, building, auditing, or optimizing according to the approved scope. For longer projects we share progress along the way.
-
Client Review
You review the delivered draft or report. We walk you through what was done and why, in plain English.
-
Revisions
You send consolidated feedback and we apply it within the included revision allowance for your service. Scope changes are quoted and approved separately before any extra work happens.
-
Final Delivery
We deliver the final work — deployed to your hosting, sent as files, or provided as a report, whichever the scope defines — and confirm you have everything you need.
-
Ongoing Support
If you want continued care, our monthly maintenance plan covers updates, backups, monitoring, and minor changes. Otherwise, you are welcome back whenever the next project comes up.
What Affects the Timeline
Published delivery estimates are honest averages. The actual schedule depends on:
- Project complexity — more pages, custom features, or integrations extend the build.
- Customer response time — reviews and approvals keep the project moving; delays pause the clock.
- Availability of content — the timeline starts when we have the materials the work requires.
- Requested revisions — each round adds review and implementation time.
- Third-party integrations — external tools and providers work on their own schedules.
